Returns & Refunds

We want the deck to feel right in your hands. If something is not right, we are here to help.

You may return an unopened deck within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email hello@tajalli.me with your order number and reason. Return shipping is arranged with you; the deck should reach us in its original, sealed condition.

If your deck arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any return cost.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange the refund with you directly.

Because each deck carries the Names of Allah, we ask that returns be handled with care and kept clean and undamaged.
