Shipping, returns & questions

Where do you ship?
Across Egypt. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 2–5 days. Outside Egypt? Write to hello@tajalli.me.
What's your return policy?
You may return an unopened deck within 14 days of delivery. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it in full.
How do I pay?
Securely at checkout by card, or cash on delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do I need an account?
No. Buying is friction-free. An account is only for the companion app afterward, and it's free.
